Samora Michelle and Olivier Thambo Drive was a battleground between police and residents protesting for the second time in 2 weeks against poor service delivery, and seeking formal housing.
While Police were dispatched to control the situation, with rubber bullets, the City Committee spokesperson Kylie Hutton said the city was doing all it could to addreess the situation.
"They are looking at human settlements as a whole and how they can deliver services to them."
