Scores displaced on Cape Flates due to heavy rains
About a 1 000 people have been displaced due to rainy weather on the Cape Flats in Cape Town. Disaster Management spokesperson, Charlotte Powell, says they are currently monitoring the situation in nine informal settlements. - SABC
